Bullitt Flying Again!

Got the motor with the new heads installed this weekend and the car is up and running. The new heads were built by Chris Starnes and include a Nextek spring upgrade as well as Chris' porting. Darrin Burch degreed my cams while the motor was out. We found them to be a total of 6 degrees out of sync. One was 3 deg advanced and one was 3 deg retarded. I haven't even taken the car out of the shop yet and I can already see a difference. The car actually seems to idle more smoothly. I don't know if it's the porting or the cam timing correction that did it. It seems to be more like when I had stage 2 cams in it than the stage 3s I have in it now. You can barely notice a lope.

Planning to dyno it tomorrow. That will speak volumes!
